Anti-Pest Named a 2026 Best Place to Work in Pest Control
Anti-Pest has been named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Pest Control.
The program is run each year by Pest Control Technology (PCT) magazine together with Best Companies Group, and only 25 companies across North America make the list. The 2026 honorees appear in the August issue of PCT and at pctonline.com.
The scoring came from our own team
Most recognition in this industry measures growth. This one measures something harder to fake.
Half the evaluation looks at the company itself — benefits, training, policies, and how the business is actually run. The other half is a confidential survey sent directly to employees, asking what the job is really like: whether leadership listens, whether the training is real, whether they’d recommend Anti-Pest to a friend. Those two scores are combined.
So the people who earned this are the technicians in the trucks, the schedulers answering the phone, and the supervisors in the field. We just got to read the results.
Seventy-five years in one place
Anti-Pest has served Shreveport, Bossier City, and the surrounding parishes since 1950. Three quarters of a century in the same community is only possible if the people doing the work stay long enough to be recognized on a customer’s doorstep.
That’s the connection we care most about. Our technicians tend to stay for years, which means the person treating your home in October probably treated it last spring — and remembers the fence line where the fire ants keep coming back, the crawl space that needs a look after heavy rain, and which dog to watch for at the gate. We think that continuity is the reason our customers have left us a 5.0-star average across more than 1,326 reviews.
Why a workplace award shows up on your service
A rushed, undertrained, poorly equipped technician gives worse service. It isn’t more complicated than that.
We pay for training and licensing, promote from within, keep routes realistic instead of packed, and make decisions here in Northwest Louisiana rather than in a corporate office three states away. Those choices are what the survey measured — and they’re the same choices that decide whether your termite treatment is explained properly or just performed.
We’re hiring across Caddo, Bossier, and DeSoto parishes
If you want a career with paid training, room to advance, and a company that was just recognized nationally for how it treats its people, we’d like to hear from you. Experience helps, but it isn’t required.
See open positions on our careers page.
Thank you
To our employees: this list is yours. To Northwest Louisiana: thank you for 75 years of trusting us with your homes and businesses.
