Question:  How quickly will Anti-Pest respond to my pest control needs?

Answer:  We pride ourselves on SAME DAY SERVICE.  Just call us, and we'll be there!

Question: Are the products you use harmful to children or pets?

Answer: All of the products used by Anti-Pest can be safely applied by our trained professional technicians if the product label is followed. You do not have to remove your children or pets from the house while we perform our service.

Question: What if a pest problem arises before my next scheduled treatment?

 

 

Answer: Just call our office and a treatment will be performed at no additional charge for pests that are covered by our agreement. For pests not covered by our agreement, an additional charge may apply.  In most cases, we will be there the Same Day!

Question: What pests are covered by a residential service agreement?

Answer: German Roaches, American Roaches, Oriental Roaches, Smokey Brown Roaches, Norway Rats, Roof Rats, Mice, Argentine Ants, Carpenter Ants, Pharaoh Ants, Rover Ants, Scorpions, Spiders, Ground Beetles, Centipedes, Millipedes, Earwigs, Sow bugs, Pill bugs, Crickets and Fire Ants mounds within a 50 foot perimeter of the home. Pests not covered by our Intercept service can also be treated, but may require a more extensive treatment and an additional charge may apply. As an added bonus, we will brush down any spider webs on our visit. 

Question: Will my service technician be the same person every time?

Answer: Yes. Your service technician is in your neighborhood everyday. However, if your technician is on vacation or sick, another technician will perform your service.

Question: If I move, can I transfer my pest control service to my new home?

Answer: Yes. Just let your technician know or call our office and notify us of the change and we will be glad to make the change.

Question: What are my payment options?

AnswerThere are several ways you can pay. The easiest and fastest way is to use our Auto-Pay service!  Your credit/debit card number is kept securely on file and your card is charged the next business day after your service.  If you wish, you can also easily pay with your credit/debit card on our website, www.anti-pest.com the day of your service.   In addition, your technician can collect your payment for you at the time of your service. Finally, you may simply do nothing - we keep your credit/debit card on file and we will charge it after each service is performed through our Auto-Pay service. For your convenience, we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

 

Question: How do I get a Termite Contract for my home?

Answer: The home must be treated by our company before the home can be covered by a Termite Contract. We will send one of our trained termite technicians to your home for an inspection and to quote you a price. After the home is treated, you will be offered a contract for your home.

Question: If I sell my home, can the Termite Contract be transferred to the new owner?

Answer: The termite contract is transferable. Just give us a call with the new owner's name and we will make the change. By the way, if you are selling your home, call us to do your termite inspection and Wood Destroying Insect Report you will need for your closing!
