Question: Are the products you use harmful to children or pets?
Answer: All of the products used by Anti-Pest can be safely applied by our trained professional technicians if the product label is followed. You do not have to remove your children or pets from the house while we perform our service.

Question: What if a pest problem arises before my next scheduled treatment?
Answer: Just call our office and a treatment will be performed at no additional charge for pests that are covered by our agreement. For pests not covered by our agreement, an additional charge may apply.

Question: What pests are covered by a residential service agreement?
Answer: Roaches, Rats, Mice, Common Ants and Fire Ants within a 50 foot perimeter of the home. Certain ants such as Pharaoh Ants, Argentine Ants and Carpenter Ants may require a more extensive treatment and an additional charge may apply.

Question: Will my service technician be the same person every time?
Answer: Yes. Your service technician is in your neighborhood everyday. If your technician is on vacation or sick, another technician will perform your service.

Question: If I move, can I transfer my pest control service to my new home?
Answer: Yes. Just let your technician know or call our office and notify us of the change and we will be glad to make the change.

Question: What are my payment options?
Answer: There are several ways you can pay. Your technician can collect your payment for you; we can charge your debit or credit card after each service is performed. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover card.

Question: How do I get a Termite Contract for my home?
Answer: The home must be treated by our company before the home can be covered by a Termite Contract. We will send one of our trained termite technicians to your home for an inspection and to quote you a price. After the home is treated, you will be offered a contract for your home.

Question: If I sell my home, can the Termite Contract be transferred to the new owner?
Answer: The termite contract is transferable. Just give us a call with the new owner’s name and we will make the change. By the way, if you are selling your home, call us to do your termite inspection and certificate you will need for your closing!
